As part of the LiveFit program you have 3 rest days after your first week. I’m not doing that , I’m taking 1 rest day then getting right back into it . I know I should follow the plan but I have been lifting for a long time and I don’t need that much time off . So today I rested .
I also ate , a lot !
I was hungry all day and I craved carbs again , seeing as I endured in them the day before , I probably should have resisted today. I did not .
Here is my meal plan
Meal 1 – 1 WW bread , 1 egg
Meal 2 – snap peas, hummus and BSN
Meal 3 – 1 WW bread , salmon salad
Meal 4 – spaghetti squash casserole with grassfed beef sauce, broccoli and 1/2 chicken breast
Not much else planned for the night food wise but I’m sure I’ll eat something .
