This lil snack whips up in mere minutes and is a go to in my kitchen .

Here is how it went down and what you will need

1 bag of Cooked and Peeled frozen shrimp
Coconut oil
Mrs Dash Fiesta lime blend
Garlic powder
Unsweetened coconut flakes


Place frozen shrimp in a skillet on high, cook until all moisture has been cooked off .
Reduce heat to medium high and add 2 tbsp of coconut oil to skillet.
Add 1 heaping tsp of garlic powder , a few shakes of Mrs Dash and 1/2 cup of coconut flakes.

Let cook with all flavors blended well .


You can simply eat right off a plate or wrap them up in a romaine leaf or top a salad with them !
