I have posted a vegan meatball ages ago made with brown rice etc , but since I’m on a huge lentil kick I had to try this out!

This is super easy and takes no time , really!

Take 1 cup of brown lentils , garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasonings, Mrs Dash and boil in 3 cups of water or vegetable broth until lentils are plump and mushy!

Do not drain , grab a potato masher and smash them up!

Add 1 cup of breadcrumbs , 3/4 cup of nutritional yeast , minced garlic and more Italian seasonings – to your taste

Take the mixture and roll into balls

Place onto foil lined baking sheet and bake at 400 for 15 minutes

Serve these as you would any meatball , with rice and pineapple and sweet & sour sauce ?
I put mine in a big bath of spaghetti sauce and we had sketti and meatballs !

Sorry no pics of that because I got home from the gym and devoured it !!
