I did not edit yesterday’s post to include supper so I will play catch up today!
This was supper
Lean beef strips , veggies ,bean sprouts,edamame and brown rice ( I did use a black bean sauce for flavor, bad me)
I made so much of this that it was today’s lunch as well!
Breakfast today was instant steel cut oats with a big tbsp of peanut butter ( I love PB too much) and a hard boiled egg

No morning snack because I forgot to bring it to the office ! Snuck home for lunch to eat my leftovers and grabbed this for my afternoon snack
Turkey breast , hummus and veggies!
I will also be pairing all my coffee with a big glass of water
For supper it will be fish with a salad and I need to get some fruit so a clementine will be desert!
Here it is , fish with a side salad with eggs and sunflower seeds!
I got my squats done too !
