This is what I fed the family tonight! Another easy peasy recipe for you!
1 pkg of good deli roast beef
1 green pepper sliced lengthwise
1/2 large onion sliced
Oil for the pan
Salt & pepper
Panini buns 4
Sautée onions and peppers in oil until tender
Add the deli meat , cook on low – med hea
Then add broth to form a sauce, I used maybe 1/2 carton
Then add a big squirt of mustard
Add seasonings and let summer, adding more broth if needed. Meanwhile place opened panini buns on a baking sheet
Once the mixture has thickened up and all veggies are slightly tender , not over cooked though.. It should look like this
Spoon onto buns
Bake in a 375 degree oven until cheese melts and buns are crispy , about 10 min
These are yummy and very messy so have napkins ready !
